The construction of the complex is 70% complete. We are pleased to announce that work is in full swing, and the showroom will soon be ready, where future residents can explore the layouts and design solutions. Currently, the final finishing of the buildings is underway, and work on landscaping the territory has begun.

We pay special attention to every detail to create a comfortable and modern living space. The complex's territory will include cozy recreational areas, walking paths, children's playgrounds, and much more.
